Getting "something went wrong' on video upload

Using the upload API and occasionally videos show up on Vimeo with the correct name and length but no image and showing "Something Went wrong" instead of the video. I've checked the file and it seems fine. The API isn't throwing any errors and says it was uploaded successfully.

Running a re-upload seems to have fixed it. I believe it's something on Vimeo's end failing the transcoding.
