Dickimaw Books website needs an update in fmtcount package FAQ

Hello,

I'm reporting the issue here, because it's related to fmtcountpackage, the correction will probably be handled by @nlct, because the problem is on the Dickimaw Books website.

On page: https://www.dickimaw-books.com/faq.php?itemlabel=frenchdialects :

• septente should be written septante (with an A).
• the option value for French from Belgium is belgian, indeed, and not belgium.

The documentation provided in the package on CTAN is correct for both items.

I'll correct it, but since I'm no longer maintaining fmtcount it would be better to move the FAQ elsewhere so that it can be updated as appropriate.

Yes, don't worry, I don't have any urgent need.

I'm reporting those small issues because I've just added to the French FAQ a page explaining how to write numbers in words. That's always a good opportunity to try out packages and check if their documentation is up-to-date.

In any case, thank you for your work on this package!
