Acknowledgement of checking existent issues

I have checked if my issue has already been reported, and I am certain that my problem has not already been addressed.

What problem did you encounter?

right clicking to move the camera has a 50/50 chance to either

freezes the game entirely
freezes the mouse
until i let go of right click
