GUI way to put FastFlags

GUI to put FastFlags in the Roblox client. Buttons should be Add, Remove, Select File and Export File.
Use MaximumADHD's FastFlag tracker to see if the FastFlags that the client puts are real or fake --> https://raw.githubusercontent.com/MaximumADHD/Roblox-FFlag-Tracker/refs/heads/main/AndroidApp.json

The fastflags get ported to the config.json file at /home/insertusername/.var/app/org.vinegarhq.Sober/config/sober/config.json
