[BUG] Fails to render rest of content once encounters markdown table

Current Behaviour

• Text [rendered]
  • Markdown table [not rendered]
  • Text [not rendered]
• Text [not rendered]

Expected Behaviour

Either - Skip markdown table, and replace it with a link to the block and continue rendering the rest of the code

• Text [rendered]
  • Markdown table [render link to the block containing markdown table]
  • Text [rendered]
• Text [rendered]

Or - Support for rendering markdown tables for markmap

Mmm, maybe I can try the option 1, it's hard to render a markdown table for markmap.
