Add place name visibility option to the dashboard.

There is currently no visibility options for places the dashboard (that I can see). I have a few place names I claimed early on but they all point to the same place for the moment. I'd like to be able to hide them until I can route them properly.
While my main idea was just having a checkbox for "make visible in explore" someone else suggested having two categories, "reserve domain" and "assign domain."
