dashboard not accessible since some weeks now

Failed to Retrieve Metaverse Information
Error code 1
The full error is shown below:
We were unable to retrieve the metaverse information for http://172.104.114.254:3040

and impossible for me to access even from the vircadia client.

Try resetting the metaverse URL in the dashboard: https://metaverse.vircadia.com/live and hitting the save button.

error 2. I remembered you suggested to remove "cache", but on chrome I can delete temporary files, cookies so what should be the procedure? Thx.
