Log of the problem:

Virus scan is not activated. Spam filter is activated. Tried to disable spam filter too but didn't work.

Webmin → Servers → Postfix Mail Server → Local Delivery
External command to use instead of mailbox delivery : /usr/bin/procmail

With this temporary solution, its working.

We don't support ARM yet sadly! There is a PR for it but Joe didn't merge it yet.

You would need to install procmail-wrapper_1.1-1_arm64.deb package manually for it to work on ARM system.
