How to get more than 20 tweets?

I am using search_raw function to fetch the latest 20 tweets but I want to get more (for example 100). I increased the value of "count" but nothing changed. Can someone explain how the pagination works? When I inspect rep.json I can see cursor value is something like
value': 'DAADDAABCgABGahRaJyXIXcKAAIZqEknc5pBRQAIAAIAAAACCAADAAAAAAgABAAAAAAKAAUZqFHKwIAnEAoABhmoUcrAf9jwAAA', 'cursorType': 'Bottom'

Should I somehow use this?
