Torch not detecting nVidia GPU

If you get Torch repoorts CUDA not available and you do have nVidia GPU then you need to install nVidia CUDA Toolkit:

1. Install CUDA Toolkit from https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-downloads
2. Run nvidia-smi to confirm CUDA is installed and GPU is visible
3. Uninstall Torch so it can be reinstalled with CUDA support

pip uninstall torch torchvision torchaudio
