DemoFusion and PixelSmith - how to use ?

In Text2Image there are the Script:s DemoFusion and PixelSmith.
Reading the respective github project pages tells me they are intended to generate highres image in "one go" during initial image generation - no second upscale step needed.

But how to use them in SD.Next?

E.g. DemoFusion:

Is one of the settings a scale factor or does the resolution need to be set in the Width and Height initially?

What about Pixelsmith?

needs to be set in width and height.
note that pixelsmith is primarily intended for img2img (works for txt2img but doesnt make too much impact).
