Setup error : 'SystemError: initialization of _internal failed without raising an exception

I am trying to install this project, but something seems to fail during the setup. Also, it doesn't seem to do anything (script doesn't continue, and 0% CPU time used).
Can I just use the program now on http://127.0.0.1:7860/, or should I try and reinstall this program?

I get 'Something went wrong. Connection errored out.' in the GUI

this error is deep inside a core library, not in the repo itself.
can you check if correct version of numba is installed (pip show numba).

Also, do I need to be in the Stable-Diffusion_WebUI\automatic directory when running the pip show numba command?

Not surprised it works as that repo it has a different goals - InvokeAI goal is always use most stable and do not introduce features that may break anything. It's amazing for beginners. This repo is about latest-and-greatest-cutting-edge.

if numba is not installed on system level, you need to inside VENV.
So something like venv\Scripts\activate.bat from the actual folder where you installed this repo and then pip show ...
