Describe the bug
This function does not set. No matter what parameter is passed, it sets it to disabled.
It also isnt an option in the Set-HVApplicaiton
Reproduction steps
1.Run Command With -MultiSessionMode "ENABLED_DEFAULT_ON"
2.Verify in App
3.
...
Expected behavior
Application should be set to application mode on
Additional context
Tested with multiple acceptable inputs and it will not set to anything but disabled in Horizon 2212.2
