Describe the bug
govc snapshot.tree -json outputs to stderr

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run govc snapshot.tree -json -vm $vm 2> /dev/null
2. No output to terminal even if $vm has snapshots

Expected behavior
I expect the json to be printed to the stdout

govc 0.36.1
