Current behaviour
create +NOU process it's not saved as a DRAFT

Expected behaviour
+Nou processes saved as a draft in the manager while you are creating them would be more efficient for the person in charge of creating it. also taking into account that if you close the tab by mistake you do not lose all the uploaded info.
