Knowledge & Abilities

• Expert in .NET and ASP.NET technologies and proficient in C# language
• Knowledge of either Angular or ASP.NET Core MVC and Blazor frameworks
• Basic knowledge of CSS, JavaScript and HTML
• General knowledge of popular database systems and good knowledge of at least one database management system
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading & writing)
• Solution-oriented and willing to solve technical software issues
• Strong experience responding to critical developer-facing and executive-level escalations.
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills: You will write, present to, and speak with developers and engineering colleagues regularly.
• Being familiar with the ABP Framework is a big plus!

Job Description

• Providing technical support to customers (developers) for the ABP Framework
• Directing technical problems from users about our products to the software team
• Train customers with standard training courses
• Help sales team with technical pre-sale talks
• Organizing webinars for ABP developers
• Creating contents like tutorials, examples and documentation for other developers
• Providing consultancy services to customers
• Working 8 hours a day on weekdays
