Custom http port for list produces incorrect URL in message

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a list with a public URL containing a custom port e.g. 
http://mylist.com:7070
2. Send a message to the list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The url in the email footer to see the message in web interface is missing the 
colon before the port.
http://mylist.com7070/archive_msg.jsp?msgId=30
URL should include a colon before the port number

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
