Environments (please complete the following information):

  • UniVRM version: 0.123.0
  • Unity version: Unity-2021.3
  • OS: Windows 11

Describe the bug

Downloaded pmx from that site: https://3d.nicovideo.jp/works/td89866

After convertation with UniVRM got vrm file without any errors, but when tried it to use in Desctop Mate with MelonLoader(Mode management for this app), model started to act very strange. Seems like her toes are pinned to one point and hands doesn't move in a proper way.

I had the same problem but with model's hips, the solution was to set model's coordinates to (0, 0, 0) and I had an incorrect bone assigned to hips on animation humanoid script, check if everything is assigned correctly. In the end if nothing works, just pretend she wears clown shoes.

Vrm must be a simple FK skeleton.
Human bones with a complex structure
It may exist.
