Write and include the Content component guidelines in the Spacing documentation.

Rationale

The Content component defines the paddings for different container sizes. It is part of the spacing guidelines of the design system, but it is still not included in the Spacing documentation.

• Detail each width with its related spacings and paddings for narrow version

Maybe this documentation should be in a Responsiveness guide. Either way, we should also link to this documentation in the overview page of every component that uses Content for responsivity (related with #1951). We can also evolve the component playground in the future to include a width control.
