色弱模式不生效

Additional context（附加信息）
引入setting-drawer组件，代码未做任何修改，别的模块都能生效，就色弱没作用，是否还需要别的配置

生产环境目前没有提供这个功能，如果是强行引入进去的，你要确认下主题相关的文件是否引入
