[Bug]: After applying a sort option the value selected is not displayed on UI

Expected Behavior

The applied sort option should be displayed on the UI.

Actual Behavior

After applying the sort, the default label Select Sorting is visible.

Possible Solution

Steps to reproduce

• Go on any collection page
• Click on the sort and select an option.
• The selected sort gets applied but the option is not displayed on the UI

I looked a little bit into this but didn't find any proper solution for the issue, will look more on this weekend.
