[Bug Report][3.6.10] The date picker of the input is being stuck at the top/bottom if you scroll element out of the viewport #20054

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.6.10
Vue Version: 3.4.30
Browsers: Chrome 126.0.0.0
OS: Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

Open the date picker
Scroll page down/up to hide element from the viewport

Expected Behavior

The date picker should scrolled with the input component

Actual Behavior

The date picker is stuck in the top/bottom of the viewport
