• Move from Keep a Changelog to Common Changelog remark-changelog#12 (will fork)
  • Remove support of Unreleased changelog section #81
  • Link changelog headers to GitHub release instead of diff URL #82
  • Replace dependency
• Change default reporter to vfile-reporter-shiny #83
• Update our own CHANGELOG.md to be Common Changelog compliant

Which then enables (on subsequent releases):

• Add missing dates (take from git tags) remark-common-changelog#3
• Add 'hallmark add' command (or similar) #84
• Add hallmark init command #85

Optionally also include the following in 4.0.0 (might be painful and unnecessarily delay the release):

• Bump dependencies #80

Nice to haves:

• Use find-githost (see this) (in theory this could be semver-patch)
• Support disabling reporter (see this) (need to check if this would be breaking)
