Possible to batch export csvs for KK, DRT, fitting params etc?

Hi,

I am a PhD student who is very happy to find DearEIS - it seems fantastic!

I was wondering if it is possible to batch export processed data - I have datasets with >100 EIS spectra in each, so exporting all manually can take a while - is this possible within the GUI, or is the API the best route for this? If so, how do you do this?

Hi,

The API is currently the best route for accomplishing this. I do have batch exporting via the GUI in the plans for an upcoming update, but I cannot at this time provide an estimate for when that update will be ready.

The Batch plotting results example in the documentation shows you how to load a project file and access the various results. You can then check the API documentation to find out what properties and methods are available for each type of result (e.g., the FitResult class has a to_parameters_dataframe method, which returns a pandas.DataFrame containing information about the fitted parameters). If you are planning to generate, e.g., tables that will be included in a LaTeX or Markdown document, then check out the Generating tables example. You can also obtain the tables in a CSV format via pandas.DataFrame.to_csv.
