Hi, thenks for reporting, I'm currently on study leave so not able to jump straight in, but:
where exactly you can't see the fees? on the WP site or somewhere in Klarna?
does it work for other payment methods you have on your site?
If Klarna is the answer to the first question and the rest of the methods work, it looks like it's an issue with the Klarna plugin - not being fully compatible with WooCommerce fees.
I found this bug when I pay with klarna, no fee appears on the checkout page, but it appears correct on the Klarna payment page.
