The paragraph https://github.com/w3c/pfwg/blob/master/media-accessibility-reqs/index.html#L495-L500 introduces two new terms which are not used elsewhere in the note: texted audio description and texted description. Overall the language of this note works hard to use Described video as a consistent term, but occasionally uses audio description instead. The term texted is not used elsewhere.
Given that there is already confusion in general about video description vs. audio description vs. described video, W3C shouldn't add to that confusion! Recommend that the language of this paragraph is cleaned up to be consistent with elsewhere, i.e. text video description.
