  • investigate stable Layer 2 to deploy RLN
  • some requirements:
    • rpc endpoints offered by infra services with a free tier.
    • consistency across rpc endpoints. in theory this should be taken from granted but we have experienced issues with this.
    • compatible with RLN contract.
  • ensure block time is compatible with RLN settings.
