No crop if image hasn't the exact declared size

Hello,

I noticed that if I have a custom image size of 1200X630px declared in the theme, if the real size is 950*630px for example (if I upload an verical image of 950X1000px), this thumbnail isn't re-cropped by this plugin. It does only if the image is 1200X630px exactly.

The image size is declared width : add_image_size( 'opengraph', 1200, 630, true );
