Since signal states are changed on rising edges, reading those signals should be done on falling edges. Signed-off-by: Kevin Joly <[email protected]>

This PR fix the missing byte on read operations as stated in #28 and fix the double increment of the ack counter. Indeed, this variable was incremented in the
WishboneMaster._read()method AND theWishboneMaster._wait_ack()method.
