能否使用Android设备的NPU进行推理？比如使用NNAPI接口？ #238

我看主要代码都是由c++实现的，那是不是没有办法调用设备的NPU来进行运算了？
Google有个NNAPI接口，如果可以使用起来应该会一定程度上提升设备性能吧
