mbaedtls quic support

I see you added quic support for h3, that is great!

mbedtls seems to need a patch, I guess that would add the needed mbedtls_ssl_set_quic_transport_ops right?

I haven't been able to find that patch anywhere 😅 Is that something you are willing to share?

You can find it at https://libwebsockets.org/git/mbedtls?h=development (ie, development branch).... it has 4 patches on top of upstream development from a couple of weeks ago which provide the missing pieces. At some point mbedtls will do their own implementation and then we can just use theirs. But it has been a long time coming :-)

I also tested backport to 3.6 mbedtls and that also worked with all the ctests. mbedtls4 build in CI is using mbedtls 4 / development branch + the quic patches and also passes all the ctests.

Something else related... a couple of days ago I stripped the old mbedtls wrapper in lws and replaced it with just direct mbedtls pieces, that's for all versions of mbedtls. It should be a NOP (it also still builds / passes ESP32 CI) but it should save some code / complexity.

I'm currently running almost the tip of main, I'll run a full test suite with the mbedtls migration and report anything I can find.
