No error if callsign mismatch between QSO and Station Location

Hi,

If a wrong "Wavelog-Station-ID" is selected (ie. the QTH instead a portable location), the gate seems work, return a success message after the QSO in WSJT, but the QSO is not imported in WaveLog because the WSJT callsign doesn't match the selected Station Location callsign).

Confirming bug.
This is mainly a wavelog-issue. i think we're going to fix it there.
