Hugo镜像版本过旧，无法兼容新主题 #272

https://hub.docker.com/r/hyperapp/hugo/dockerfile 里面写死了版本号
ENV HUGO_VERSION=0.45.1

建议修改成0.55以上或者直接指定latest版本。

可以用jojomi/hugo并把它伪装成hyperapp/hugo:

docker pull jojomi/hugo
docker image tag jojomi/hugo:latest hyperapp/hugo:latest
