In the local resort, they show as a kind of POI, but in OSM most are ways. Might be fine to show them as "easy" with some twist for differentiation, because they are in easy terrain, as far as I have seen.
Update:
TF Outdoors renders snow parks in a darkish yellow, which is used there for "expert" pistes, which are grey in WMT, perhaps that is the better fit.
