Requirements

  1. When a user begins a fix session by sending a Logon (A) message, the port service should use the HeartBtInt parameter to set the heartbeat interval
  2. After a user has established a FIX session, if a message has not been received in HeartBtInt seconds, the port service should send a Heartbeat (0) message.
  3. When a message is received by a user, the heartbeat timer should be reset.
