MHS-5200A with a 1% pilot signal #4

Hi, iam triyng to get a sine wave with a 1% pilot signal on MHS-5200A for audio purposes and i have issues to get the wave into equipament.

My equation in excel form is 0,99SEN(2PI()/1024*$A2)+0,01SEN(4,52PI()/1024$A2), pilot signal has 4,5 times of the fundamental signal.

I also try the default wave code, but no success.
