Set a default configuration file in the options

Missing default configuration when installing extension.
We need to add the following default configuration:
URL Match Pattern -> .*
Title Match Pattern -> (.*)
Title Replacement -> $1

Otherwise, newbies will never manage to get this extension working.

Additionally I think we should also add a concrete example for Github
