###Roulette
Step 1: Write a method called roulette(bet)
that takes an argument of the bet a player is placing. For the sake of simplicity we're going to assume that the player is only going to place bets on black, red, even, or odd, all of which have a 47.37% probability of resulting in a win. If the player wins their money is doubled, and if the player looses they loose all their money. Determine if the player won or lost (simulating the correct chances), and return the amount of money they get back.
Step 2: Write a method called martingale(bet)
that takes an argumetn of a player's bet. Martingale is a betting strategy in which a player will double his/her bet everytime s/he looses. In your martingale
method simulate this strategy, using roulette to simulate the actual game play. Once the user has won a round of roulette using this strategy return the amount of money they won, and how many times they had to double their bet to get a win.
