Static (JS-free) version of the widget

In #16 (comment), I mentioned that we should investigate ways to offer the baseline widget in a static (JS-less) way too.

Here is one implementation using Declarative Shadow DOM: Astro Embed Baseline Status
But making a pure CSS/HTML Baseline Status widget without DSD should be even easier (static HTML snippet to be pasted into HTML document or dynamic URL to be embedded in an <iframe>, no JS).
Another way is to provide a widget as an SVG image.
