Using w3up-client to enable apps with end user-owned Spaces

w3up's use of UCANs enables developers to build applications where their users get their own w3up Spaces, register them, and upload data to them - so they are in control of their own data, and the developer doesn't need to run as much backend infrastructure (if any). Developers can also plug into other, existing keypair-based identities to enable this.
