This repo states that it's on hold, but I have no idea what the next steps are. This is a useful tool, so it would be a shame if it disappeared. Xirsys hosts their own version, but it targets Xirsys servers only.

I have a version of this repo which I updated to the latest Polymer libraries. Not sure if the fact this project is still running on very old libraries is the reason for its halted status...
