Update/add canonical mediKanren queries that reflect the current state of mediKanren

mediKanren has its own internal query language.  We have a few example queries in the repo, but these examples are old and don't reflect the latest versions of Biolink, predicate refactoring, and qualifiers, or the latest knowledge graphs.  Update and add queries to reflect the current state of the system and KGs.
