WebAudioContext.decodeAudioData() 参数和返回值都错了 #17

现在的typings 里 WebAudioContext.decodeAudioData()，不能传入参数，并且返回是同步返回AudioBuffer
WebAudioContext类型的实例函数decodeAudioData，实际是需要传入参数的，并且返回也是异步
