开启debug手机白屏

开启debug之后手机白屏，无响应，启动调试是成功的，node版本8.10.0 npm版本6.4.1，安卓端未测试，手机为ios端

ios端同样遇到这个情况
android 正常

注意iOS端不需要添加：
[WXDevTool setDebug:YES];

现在安卓和ios在windows系统下面debug调试手机端白屏的问题同事都出现了，帮忙看一下怎么回事吧

@shanghanfang @fattydevelop try to upgrade your weex-debugger to the latest version, use the command weex update weex-debugger, then try it again, if there has some error on the console, please show me, I will deal with it.

ios 调试正常
安卓 打开JS Debug，手机白屏，关闭后正常， 千牛版本 v7.0.73.8 之前是正常的

打开JS Debug，手机白屏，关闭后正常

我这边也出现同样的问题。
平台：ios
WeexSDK: 0.28.0，也试过把weex-toolkit降到1.3.11。查看浏览器日志发现报错
