Only get required dependencies #7
Description
Currently too many packages are downloaded based on the dependencies. For example runtime.native.System.Security.Cryptography.Apple.4.3.0, runtime.ubuntu.14.04-x64.runtime.native.System.Security.Cryptography.OpenSsl.4.3.0 etc.
