org-noter location type error when trying to insert note in pdf with pdf-view-mode #179

I'm getting this error listp org-noter-pdftools--location when trying to insert a new note in a buffer in pdf-view-mode

steps to reproduce:

go to org buffer
under a heading run org-noter
when the pdf runs run org-noter-insert-note

versions:
org-noter : 20230404.307
pdf-tools: 20221202.1104
