Should submit a couple of pull requests to upgrade and reorganize ORK's documentation?

I've been working through the tutorials for ORK, and while I think there's a good amount of useful information in them, I had a very hard time getting started, because I didn't find the "quick guide" to be very "quick". So I have been reorganizing and rewriting the docs.

The primary changes are

• Reorganization of the homepage
• New Getting Started Guide
• New Installation page
• Changed directory structure, keeping old pages with redirects to avoid link rot

I maintained as much information as possible from the existing pages, mostly, it's just been moved around. I haven't incorporated the whole Quick Guide yet, so it still exists, it's just at the bottom of the Reference section.
