유저 인증 인가에 대한 기존 Spring Security 로직이 정상적으로 동작하지 않게됨 (SecurityContext에 인증정보가 들어가지 않을 뿐만 아니라 Filter도 동작을 안하는 현상이 발생함)

임시조치로 ThreadLocal을 직접 활용한 AOP로직으로 대체하여 서버 가동 중
