Comparison Viewer Header Cut Off in IE

On https://whitman-dev.unl.edu//published/LG/1855/variorum/manuscript_comparison_viewer.html, the bottom of the header containing the links to the various differences is cut off a little in Internet Explorer 11. The underlines on the Previous / Next buttons can't be seen and it makes the UI a little confusing.

Switching IE to emulate IE 10 or 9, don't seem to exhibit the issue, so not certain what is causing the problem. Perhaps something with height calculations in JavaScript or CSS?
