Wait a minute... It looks like @whut is updating AttachTo now? https://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/494a7e91-4ed4-4ba6-982d-b21141e46dff?SRC=VSIDE says it works in VS 2015 and, indeed, I see it in the extensions manager. Wonder why he doesn't respond here..
